ScriptySync values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the ScriptySync app ("we," "our," or "us") handles your information. ScriptySync is designed for full on-device use and does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers.

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information (PII) from users. Specifically, ScriptySync does not:

• Collect names, email addresses, or contact information

• Collect analytics, usage statistics, or crash data

• Use cookies or tracking technologies

• Connect to the internet to send or receive data

• All app functionality operates locally on your device.

• Data Storage and Local Use

All project data, shoot day logs, and settings are stored solely on your device using Apple's secure local storage system (UserDefaults). You maintain full control over your data. If you uninstall the app, all stored information is permanently deleted from your device.

Data Sharing

ScriptySync does not share or transmit any information to external servers or third parties. When you export or copy text from the app, that data remains under your control - it is copied to your device's clipboard and may be pasted wherever you choose.

Children's Privacy

ScriptySync does not knowingly collect any data from children under 13. Since no personal data is collected at all, the app is suitable for general audiences.

Security

Although ScriptySync does not transmit data, we follow best practices for data security within iOS to protect your locally stored content.
